Students at Westwood Elementary are staying active in PE.

On September 30, they rotated through various stations, including lacrosse, basketball, hula hooping and more.

“PE is great because we get to play fun activities like gymnastics," said WES third grader Ashtyn Lyon. "Coach Branch and Coach Reding teach us new games and all the rules. My favorite thing about Westwood is that we learn a lot here!”

Woodland Middle students had their school spirit on full display September 23-27.

During the school's Spirit Week, students donned their costumes and dress-up day outfits. The week culminated in a Ravenwood High spirit day, where WMS students showed their support for the Raptors.

"Students and teachers participated in themed dress-up days such as Football Game Day, Students as Teachers and vice versa, Generations Day, Country versus Country Club and RHS Colors Day," said WMS teacher assistant Jackie Scalise. "We saw some very creative costumes, and lots of fun was had by all."
