First Day of the 2024-25 School Year

WCS students began the 2024-25 school year on Monday, August 5.

First through twelfth-grade students were welcomed into their school buildings with photo backdrops, celebrations and more.

"The school year is off to a great start," said Superintendent Jason Golden. "Our focus for this year is connections. As part of our strategic plan, we want make sure every student is connected in some way through curricular or extra-curricular activities as well as through other opportunities offered at their school."
