Visitor Procedures at Williamson County Schools

The district wants families to feel welcome at their child's school, but it takes a community effort to keep school buildings safe and secure.

Visitors and volunteers are welcome on school campuses. The district asks visitors to schedule a time with building personnel ahead of time and to follow the procedure in place as explained in the video below in order to help keep students safe and protect instructional time. 

Every school has at least one School Resource Officer (SRO) on campus through a partnership with the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. For more information about safety and security in WCS, visit the district website.
