The Page Patriots are flying high after a big win over Independence in Week 2.

Page hosted the Eagles on August 30 with Independence looking to bounce back from a Week 1 loss to Oakland. The Patriots defense would prove to be too much, however, as they came away with a total of six turnovers.

"I was very proud of how our defense kept their intensity the whole game," said PHS Head Coach Charles Rathbone. "I was also happy with how our lines on both sides of the ball dominated the trenches."

Page High won the game by a score of 31-0 marking their second consecutive shut-out of the season. The Patriots will take on Franklin High in Week 3 while Independence will travel to Centennial.
