Visitors to Williamson County schools will need to go through a specific process when entering a school building. A new visitor check-in system was implemented across the district last school year and will continue into the 2026-27 school year.

As in years past, all visitors will need their driver's license or photo ID to enter the building. After entering the front office, visitors will stop at the electronic kiosk and select "Visitors" to start the process.

  1. Select "Check In" and take a photo. After taking the photo, select "Close."

  2. Hold the driver's license in front of the camera located on the back of the iPad and take a photo. Flip the driver's license over to scan the bar code.
  3. Select the destination and type the first name of the person they are here to see.
  4. Select "Check In" one final time to print a visitor badge.

Each school office will have someone available to assist visitors with the check-in process.
