GNAs Highlight Amazing Happenings in WCS

Each year, WCS Good News Ambassadors (GNAs) work to highlight the incredible things happening in their schools.

Each school has a GNA who serves as the liaison between the school building and the district's Communications Department. They share information about activities in their school and photos for social media, WCS websites and the InFocus newsletter. GNAs also record clips for Good News Videos throughout the year.

"Our GNAs step into this role because they recognize how important it is to keep their communities connected and informed," said WCS Executive Director of Communications Cory Mason. "Their support helps us share the incredible work happening across our district and celebrate the achievements of our students and staff. We're so grateful for all they do."

GNAs participate in annual training to learn how to capture the best photographs and video, follow the proper media protocols and more.
