Rumor Mill – August 27, 2019

I’ve heard that the Brookfield subdivision is rezoned to Jordan Elementary starting in August 2020.  Is that true?

No. At the April 11, 2019, Special Called Williamson County Board of Education Meeting, the group approved Option One, Phase One which moved Silver Stream Farms, Rocky Fork Road and a portion of York Road from Mill Creek Elementary to Nolensville Elementary. A motion to include Option One, Phase Two, failed. The School Board did not approve any additional rezoning in the Nolensville area.

The purpose of this section is to answer any questions parents, teachers or community members might have regarding the school district and to set the record straight in regards to any rumors that might be circulating.
