Knowing Who to Contact
Published July 29, 2020
Make sure the communication lines don’t get tangled this year by knowing who to contact with questions.
For concerns about a student or the online resources available, families should first contact their student’s teacher. The teacher knows the student best and may have insight or guidance for the situation.
If families need information a teacher cannot provide, they should contact the school’s principal.
The assistant superintendent or executive director of elementary or secondary education should be the next step, followed by the superintendent. The final contact is a School Board representative.
