Franklin High Travels Back in Time

Students at Franklin High School had a field trip back to the 1920s February 28.
After spending several days learning about the Roaring ’20s, students in Sherry Norton and Julia William’s classes adopted a persona from the era. They were assigned either a historical figure or one of the decade’s trends.
“They come to class in-character, and we have a really good time with it,” said Williams. “It’s just something they never forget, and they always want to come back and be the police officers who arrest Al Capone.”
