Creekside Elementary Learns About First Responders

Creekside Elementary’s Career Day gave students the opportunity to hear directly from first responders about their jobs.

The day began with a helicopter landing just outside the building. Then, students were able to see inside the helicopter, a firetruck and a SWAT vehicle as well. The first responders told students about their careers and what each day could look like.

“I liked going inside the helicopter and the firetruck,” said CSES kindergartner Alex Neely. “I thought it was really cool.”
