Communications Survey Feedback
Published October 7, 2019
Texting, social media and podcasts. Those were a few of the topics discussed in this year’s Williamson County Schools Communications Survey.
The purpose of the survey is to help guide the district as it updates its Communication Plan. Questions pertained to the use of social media, the district website and the new WCS mobile app.
“We’re so grateful for the more than 4,700 parents, students, staff and community members who participated in this year’s survey,” said WCS Communications Director Carol Birdsong. “The information and responses we receive help to shape the way we communicate. For instance, it is clear from this year’s survey that a large number of our parents would like text messaging added to the way we communicate. We will continue to investigate texting moving forward.”
Responses for the first seven questions can be seen below. Those interested can also view all of the comments and suggestions from Question #8.
