College Grove Elementary Releases Butterflies

Second grade students at College Grove Elementary are ending a class lesson in an interesting way.

Classes have been studying caterpillars as they go through the stages to become a butterfly. On October 4, students released their butterflies into the wild.

“I love butterflies,” said CGES student Maggie Tywater. “We were waiting a few weeks, and it’s been cool seeing them change.”
