Pearre Creek Soars at Science Olympiad

Last year, the Pearre Creek Elementary Science Team won seven medals at the Science Olympiad sponsored by the Middle Tennessee State University Science Department. This year, they won 27.

More than 20 PCES students traveled to Murfreesboro to compete, and they returned to Williamson County with an impressive number of medals, nearly quadrupling the amount they won in 2017.

“Karen Plaisance and I are so proud to have worked with all of these amazing young scientists,” said Science Team Co-sponsor Catherine Hayes. “Their hard work and perseverance paid off tremendously.”
