Work Begins at Site of New Schools in Thompson’s Station

Crews are staying busy at the site of a planned elementary and middle school in Thompson’s Station. Contractors are currently clearing the site in preparation for building pad construction and utilities. Over the next three and a half months, workers will be moving soil and rock.

The site is located at 2436 and 2438 Clayton Arnold Road, approximately a half mile south of Critz Lane. The two schools, which have yet to be named, are expected to open in Fall 2018.
