Three Strategic Plan Meetings Left to Let Your Voice Be Heard

Published February 23, 2017

There are only three strategic plan meetings remaining regarding the future of Williamson County Schools and it’s time to let your voice be heard.

The point of the meetings is gather ideas for the plan which will be used to guide the district over the next several years.

“I cannot stress enough how crucial it is for families to help plan the path for the next six or seven years in the district,” said WCS Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney. “The meetings will be interactive, and I encourage everyone to take part in the conversation.”

The first meeting was held February 21 at Independence High. The dates and locations for the three remaining community meetings are listed below. Each meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and last until 7:30 p.m.

  • Tuesday, February 28 Fairview Middle auditorium
  • Tuesday, March 7 Nolensville High auditorium
  • Thursday, March 9 Ravenwood High auditorium

The current strategic plan can be found on the WCS website.
