Science Open Education Resource Team Chosen

Members of the Science Open Education Resource Team have been announced. Williamson County Schools Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning Assessment Tim Gaddis introduced the group to the Williamson County School Board at its May meeting.

This team of nine teachers will collaborate with one another as well as specialists from Central Office during the 2017-18 school year to revise the current WCS science scope in order to meet new Tennessee standards.

The Science OER team is made up of the following members:

  • Casey Souders – Ravenwood High
  • Doug Murray – Brentwood High
  • Andy Mangrum – Grassland Middle
  • Autumn Hills – Mill Creek Middle
  • Wendy Comer – Crockett Elementary
  • Stephanie Novin – Scales Elementary
  • Jeffrey Cicero – Edmondson Elementary
