Nine WCS Players Selected to THSSCA All-State Soccer Teams

There’s no denying that Williamson County is home to many talented soccer players.

WCS solidified that position recently when nine girls were named to the Tennessee High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State soccer teams.

The All-State teams are split into Class AAA and Class AA-A distinctions.

Eight of the WCS selections were in Class AAA while one girl from Class-A-AA made All-State.

Peyton DePriest Franklin; and Julie Garst and Gentry Davis, Independence; were chosen as Class AAA forward selections while Karlie Paschall, Ravenwood; and Harper White, Franklin; were selected as Class AAA midfielders.

Addie Puskar and Sarah Dillender, Brentwood; and Madison Smith, Franklin; rounded out the Class AAA defensive sections.

Page High’s Emma Sanders was the the only Class A-AA selection from WCS as she earned a midfield spot on the All-State team.
