MTVA Elementary and Middle Honor Choir

Students from five Williamson County schools will participate in this year’s Middle TN Vocal Association Elementary and Middle School Honor Choirs.
A panel of judges selected each student after listening to a recorded audition. Similar to Mid-State for high school programs, these students will prepare a selection of music on their own and spend a day with a top quality clinician to prepare a concert.
“This is an especially unique opportunity for these young students,” said WCS Fine Arts Specialist Melissa Dufrechou. “They will get to perform in a large ensemble and experience a level of literature that is rigorous and rewarding.”
The elementary choir is for students in fourth through sixth grades, and the middle school choir is comprised of students in seventh and eighth grades. Congratulations to the following students:
