Published November 11, 2016

Brentwood High School senior punter Tucker Day is being touted as one of the best high school punters in the nation.

This week, representatives of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl traveled to BHS to present Day with an honorary jersey. Day earned his spot in the All-American Bowl after competing in the Football University Top Gun Camp for specialists in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

“It is an honor to have been selected as Brentwood High School’s first ever US Army All American,” Day said. “No doubt its been a ton of hard work but my coaches, teachers, family and friends have supported me the whole way to keep working hard, be my best and achieve the most I imagine I could be.”

Day has yet to make a decision on where he will attend college, but he has offers from Colorado State, San Diego State, Army and Navy.

You can watch Day play live when the 2017 U.S. Army All-American Bowl kicks off on NBC on January 7, 2017.
