Williamson County Schools Profile of Excellence, February 2016, is now available to future residents and Williamson County stakeholders.
The six page document provides a snapshot of district operations along with student, staff and school successes. Distribution began March 17 at the School Board work session, and it is now posted on the district website.
“We have so much to celebrate in Williamson County Schools,” said Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney. “From state championships to ACT scores, this document gives us another way to highlight the district’s accomplishments in the areas of academics, the arts and athletics. It also contains important information about everything from health services to community involvement.”
The document covers a year’s time from February, 2015, to February, 2016. Franklin High Digital Arts and Design Teacher Melissa Estes worked with the Communications Department to create the Profile of Excellence.
