WCS Begins 2015-16 School Year

The 2015-16 school year is officially underway! Today, approximately 36,000 Williamson County students returned to the classroom for a half day of school.

“There’s something very special about the first day of school,” said Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney. “It’s an exciting time for our teachers, our staff, our parents and especially our students. I’d like to thank everyone who helped make this first day of school a success.”
