Is there a place to look up and see if our schools will be different with the rezoning for next year?

Zoning for the opening of the new schools in Nolensville is available through the Bus Stop & School Zone Information link: https://old.wcs.edu/departments/transportation/zoning/. A rezoning proposal affecting Oak View Elementary, Centennial and Page high schools will be discussed at the October 26 School Board meeting so it is not yet finalized. More information can be found on Page 69 of the Board Agenda at https://old.wcs.edu/wp-content/pdf/School/SchoolBoard/ws_1026_2015.pdf.

Will the students going to Page High and Middle Schools from Arrington Retreat subdivision in Nolensville be rezoned to Nolensville High and Mill Creek Middle or not? Please advise as we are planning to purchase a home in that area.

The zoning for the Mill Creek schools and Nolensville High School was approved by the School Board on April 21, 2014. Arrington Retreat will remain in the Page High and Page Middle school zones.

We live in the Hunterwood subdivision in Brentwood, and we continue to hear rumors that a Grassland High School might be built somewhere in our area to alleviate the burgeoning population of students at FHS. Is there any truth to this rumor?

The district’s Five Year Capital Outlay Plan currently includes plans for a new middle and high school complex in the northwestern part of the county which would open in the fall of 2020. No land has been purchased at this time. The Five Year Capital Outlay Plan is updated on an annual basis and it’s scheduled to be updated in November.
