IHS Hosts Football Tailgate

Bring your chairs and tailgating tents and join the Independence Eagles as they take on the Franklin Rebels in a preseason face off on Friday, August 14.

Food trucks will be available starting at 5:30 p.m. and there will be activities for fans of all ages. Join the players for a meet and greet and then lend a hand to form the human tunnel for the varsity players to run through prior to the start of the game.

Fans can also bid for a chance to be “Coach for the Night” by going to ihstdclub.org. Bidding ends Wednesday, August 12 at midnight.

Independence High School is located at 1776 Declaration Way in Thompson’s Station.
