Family Access Replaces Teacher Websites

Published July 31, 2015

Teacher websites will look a bit different this year as teachers in Williamson County Schools begin to use Family Access, the Skyward family portal, as their primary teacher website.

Information from multiple teachers and for all siblings will be available. That means all guardians will be able to view the teacher gradebook, report cards, calendar related information, schedules, academic history and high school transcripts in one place.

There are also additional features that will allow teachers and administrators to schedule teacher conferences, send messages to your home screen, share assignments and email messages. All features from the previous websites are available with enhanced convenience.

Please note, teachers will continue learning new ways throughout they year to enhance communication.

Information on the website is protected and only available to account holders. Your current username and password into Family Access will remain the same for this feature. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your Login/Password link on the login screen. If you have not yet obtained an account, contact your child’s school.

Remember, one account will provide access to information about all children in your family. Students also have their own account so parents do not need to share their username and password.
