“The WCS Ambassador program seeks to build a corps of partners driven to strengthen our school district for the benefit of the Williamson County Community,” said WCS Development Director Deb Enright. “The program provides an in-depth experience for community leaders to understand the essential elements of the Williamson County School district in order to generate partnerships that complement the classroom and the boardroom.”
The first meeting featured a trip to Centennial High School where ambassadors visited classrooms and spoke to students and teachers. The ambassadors will continue to meet on a monthly basis.
