Free and Reduced Lunch Forms

Published August 29, 2014

Parents, the free and reduced lunch forms 30 day grace period ends September 23. This grace period is for families who were part of the program last year who wish to be a part of the program this year. You must fill out another application to be eligible for this year. If you have not completed and returned the necessary paperwork, please do so soon.

To apply online, visit the school lunch app website or visit the WCS website, and click on Free and Reduced Meal. On this site, parents do not need their child’s Web Access Login number or student ID number, just the child’s basic information.

If you do not wish to apply on line, print out the Free & Reduced Application form. You can also pick up an application at any school’s front office. Once the form is filled out please either, mail it to our office:

Williamson County Schools
Food Service Office
1761 West Main
Franklin, TN 37064

or turn it into your school’s cafeteria. Please note that this method may take up to 10 days for us to process.

If you now get SNAP benefits, your child qualifies to receive free meals. If your total household income is at or below the federal guidelines, your child may qualify to receive free or reduced priced meals. If you have a foster child, that child may be eligible to receive free meals regardless of your income. If you need an application in a language other than English, please contact the Food Service Office and we will be happy to provide you an application with the language you have requested.
