Middle and High Schools to Observe Power Mondays

UPDATE: May 12, 2014 will no longer be a Power Monday. Students will report to school at their regular time.

Williamson County middle and high schools will once again observe Power Mondays during the 2013-14 school year. This allows teachers an opportunity to work together to develop strategies for instructing students.

Parents will be notified by individual schools about Power Monday start times. Although classes begin later than usual on these days, buses will continue to run at their regular times. Students arriving to school early will have the benefit of choosing from several supervised activities.

All Williamson County middle and high schools will observe Power Mondays on the following days throughout the 2013-14 school year:

August 19, August 26

September 9, September 16, September 23, September 30

October 21, October 28

November 18

December 2, December 9

January 13, January 27

February 3, February 10, February 24

March 3, March 10, March 31

April 7, April 21, April 28
