Brentwood Middle Boys Win Golf Title

The Brentwood Middle School boys golf team won Williamson County Mayor’s Cup Golf Championship for the second year in a row shooting a combined two-day score and course record of 13 under par. Grassland Middle finished second, followed by Sunset Middle in third.

The two-day tournament included a scramble format for the first day and an alternate shot format for the second day. The first day scramble champions were Brentwood Middle's Trenton Johnson and Dave Windley with a total score of 25. The second day alternate shot champions were Brentwood Middle's Trenton Johnson and Barrett Jones who shot a Mayor’s Cup record of 28.
