Before and After School Care

Williamson County Schools will offer before and after school care at each of the district's elementary schools during the 2013-14 school year.

WCS SACC Program

Registration for the 2013-14 school year has begun for the WCS School Age Child Care (SACC) program. SACC provides extended care programming at Allendale, Chapman’s Retreat, Clovercroft, College Grove, Crockett, Heritage, Kenrose, Longview, Oak View, Trinity and Westwood elementary schools.

SACC provides both drop in and full time care during the school year. Care is provided in the mornings from 6:30 a.m. until the start of school and from the end of school until 6 p.m., and on most days when school is out of session, from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Child care is also provided for pre-kindergarten students at Allendale, Crockett, Heritage, Longview, Trinity and Westwood elementary schools.

Signing up for SACC is easy. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Visit http://www.wcs.edu/SACC/homepage.htm
  2. Complete a registration form by clicking new SACC Family registration under the school where you child will attend school for the 2013-2014 school year. Existing SACC families can go to https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/portal/ppLogin.asp?id=505013%20 and select classes.
  3. CLICK HERE to complete a heath history form and pay your $25 per child registration fee. Forms and registration fees should be turned in to the appropriate SACC location.

YMCA Fun Company

The YMCA Fun Company will provide child care service at Bethesda, Edmondson, Fairview, Grassland, Hillsboro, Hunters Bend, Lipscomb, Nolensville, Pearre Creek, Scales, Sunset, Walnut Grove and Winstead elementary schools.
