Start & Dismissal Times

Parents will notice a few changes to the start and dismissal times for some middle and high schools this year.

These changes are due to a new measure that allows Williamson County middle schools to join high schools in observing Late Start Days.  Late Start Days allow teachers an opportunity to work together to develop strategies for instructing students.

Although classes begin a half hour later on these days, buses will continue to run at their regular times. Students arriving to school early will have the benefit of choosing from several supervised activities.

All Williamson County middle and high schools will observe Late Start Days on most Mondays throughout the 2012-13 school year.

Parents should be sure to check the start and dismissal times for their child's school below.  Parents should also check their child's BUS ROUTE to confirm the time and location for each bus stop.
