Schools Raise Big Bucks for United Way

Williamson County Schools played a big role in raising money for this year's United Way Campaign. Each year, district employees are given the option of donating to the United Way. Thanks to the generosity of hundreds of school employees, this year the district pledged $68,167, which is an increase of $8,000 compared to last year.

The following schools were the top United Way grade level per capita givers for Williamson County Schools:

  • Hunters Bend Elementary
  • Ravenwood High
  • Woodland Middle

One hundred percent of employees at the following schools contributed to the campaign:

  • Allendale Elementary
  • Fairview Elementary
  • Grassland Elementary
  • Heritage Elementary
  • Kenrose Elementary
  • Spring Station Middle
  • Westwood Elementary
  • Woodland Middle
