Important Lunchroom Changes
Published December 13, 2012
Parents who use MyNutriKids to pay online for their child's school meals online will notice a few changes when students return from Winter Break. MyNutrikids.com will change to mySchoolBucks.com.
Parents should note that their existing username and password for MyNutrikids.com will remain the same at mySchoolbucks.
On December 21, the Williamson County Schools Food Service Department will shut down the online payment site for a few days to implement this change.
After December 31, parents should continue to use MyNutrikids.com to log into the district's online payment site. They will then be automatically redirected to mySchoolBucks. Parents will receive an introductory email message from mySchoolBucks that provides basic instruction on how to use the website.
At some point, the Food Service Department will remove MyNutriKids completely and parents will need to log directly into mySchoolBucks.com.
Why are you changing to mySchoolBucks?
This change allows greater capabilities for users including:
• Scheduled recurring payments
• Automatic deposits when your child’s account balance runs low
• Extended purchase history for the past 90 days
• Low balance email notifications
• E-wallet to save credit card information for future use
• Mobile-friendly website
While MyNutriKids payments were processed through the district's third party vendor, PayPal, mySchoolBucks is a single vendor that owns and operates the entire solution.
The convenience fee for cafeteria account deposits will be $1.95, which will cover all deposits made within a single transaction.
