Published March 21, 2013

Dozens of Williamson County students will compete April 13 at the Destination Imagination state tournament. A total of 39 WCS teams advanced based on their performance at the March 9 regional tournament in Brentwood.

Destination Imagination is a team-based, creative problem-solving program for children. There are six competitive Team Challenges from which teams may choose, each with its own educational focus.

Teams of up to seven members work together to solve a Team Challenge. Each Team Challenge is designed to be open-ended and can be solved in many ways.
