WCS Budget Update

The budget process for the 2012-13 school year is well underway in Williamson County Schools.  The School Board will meet Saturday, March 3 at 8 a.m. in the Carolyn Campbell Room of the Administrative Complex to begin its budget discussion and review.  That meeting is open to the public.

The Board must submit an approved budget to the County Commission by April 1 each year.  After that time, the school district budget is reviewed by the budget and education committees of the County Commission.  The County Commission will give final approval to the budget during its July 9 meeting.
