Students Represent WCS at Governor's School

A group of nine students represented Williamson County Schools over the summer at the 2011 Governor's School for International Studies.  Students are selected for this honor according to class rank, grades, teacher recommendations and their performance on two short essays.

This year's event was held at the University of Memphis.  Participants spent four weeks studying global cultures, languages and perspectives.  They also gained six credit hours of college coursework.  Congratulations to the following students:
