Williamson County Schools has an important warning to pass along to parents, students and community members. The district has received multiple reports in recent weeks of people going door-to-door selling educational materials and representing themselves as WCS interns or representatives.
"We are not selling any educational products door-to-door for the coming school year and have not ever done so," said Williamson County Schools Deputy Superintendent Jason Golden.
If you have any questions about any solicitation you receive, please give your principal or local law enforcement a call. Each principal is aware of fundraisers that are being conducted on behalf of a particular school.
