FHS Wind Ensemble Receives Honor

The Franklin High School Wind Ensemble was recently invited to perform the feature concert at the 2012 Tennessee Music Education Association Conference.  The event will be held April 13 in Chattanooga and will feature the induction of the newest members of the Tennessee Bandmasters Hall of Fame.

"This is one of the highest honors a concert band in Tennessee can receive," said Franklin High School Band Director David Aydelott.  "We were selected from a pool of outstanding bands for this honor.  We are very proud of our students."
