Eighth Graders Prepare for EXPLORE Test

Williamson County eighth graders will take an important test in the coming days. The EXPLORE test will be administered to all eighth grade students in Williamson County between September 19 and October 7.

The EXPLORE test consists of four multiple choice assessments which cover English, math, reading and science. The results of the test predict college readiness and will be used to help students plan for high school coursework. The EXPLORE results also provide information on career interests, which will be used to plan for the 2011 WCS Career Fair for all eighth graders to be held November 17.
