DI Teams Place at Global Finals

Competing against teams from as far away as China, Williamson County students thrived at this year's Destination ImagiNation Global Finals. The annual competition was held May 23-26 in Knoxville and featured 1,276 teams from 45 states, seven Canadian provinces and 13 countries, making it the largest celebration of creativity and problem-solving skills of its kind in the world.
Only teams that finished first or second at the State DI competition were invited to attend the Global Finals. Congratulations to the 16 teams from Williamson County schools that competed at this year's event. Below is a look at how they did according to the various challenges.
