Destination ImagiNation Teams Advance

Congratulations to the 17 Williamson County Schools Destination ImagiNation teams that will compete next month against teams from around the world at the 2012 Global Finals in Knoxville.

Ten of the teams finished first in the April 14 statewide competition.  The first and second place finishers for each challenge are invited to the Global Finals, which will be held May 23-26 at the University of Tennessee.

Each team must pay for their own trip to Global Finals which is why many of the teams will be having fundraisers in the coming weeks.

Destination ImagiNation is the world's largest creativity and problem solving organization and inspires participants in all of its programs to learn the process, art and skill associated with problem solving.
