The purpose of this section is to answer any questions parents, teachers or community members might have regarding the school district and to set the record straight in regards to any rumors that might be circulating.  If you have a question or have heard a rumor that you would like for us to address, simply SEND US your questions and we will respond to them in upcoming issues of IN FOCUS.

I have heard conflicting reports from teachers and principals about TCAP scores.  Rumor has it they were back in early June.  When will parents be able to get those scores?

Individual TCAP Achievement Test results will be available for pick up beginning Monday, July 11.  Schools are open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.  If your child was in third or fourth grade, you may pick up the results at your child’s elementary school.  If your child was a fifth grader, the results are at their zoned middle school.  If your child was in sixth, seventh or eighth grades, those results may be picked up at your child’s middle school.  Test results that are not picked up before Friday, July 29 will be sent home after school starts in August.

I have heard that next year Page High School students will not be allowed to ride the Page Middle bus to and from school as they did last year.  Is this true?

The Page High School students who are within the Page Middle School zone will still be allowed to ride the Page Middle School bus.
