Late Start Days Return

The Williamson County School Board recently approved a measure to continue Late Start Days at high schools during the 2011-12 school year.  Late Start Days allow teachers an opportunity to work together to develop strategies for instructing students. 

Although classes begin a half hour later on these days, buses will continue to run at their regular times.  Students arriving to school early will have the benefit of choosing from several supervised activities. 

All Williamson County high schools will observe Late Start Days on Mondays throughout the 2011-12 school year.
