GMS Students Auction Art for Africa

Students from the sixth grade Orange Team at Grassland Middle School held an Art for Water night on November 18.  Ninety-four students created various types of art that was auctioned off for an organization called Blood Water Mission.  Before the art show, singer Dan Haseltine from the group Jars of Clay came and spoke of the work that Blood Water Mission does for people in Africa.  The event raised over $1,500 for the organization.
