Published March 4, 2010
The 2009 Williamson County Art Show will officially kick off March 6 at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville.
The show features some of the finest artwork created by students in the Williamson County school system. More than 300 young artists from kindergarten through twelfth grade are included in this exhibition which will run at the Frist Center through March 21, 2010.
Elementary and middle school art teachers selected two works per grade level, and high school art teachers selected two works from each art course offered at their school. In addition to the Art Show, the students' work can also be viewed ONLINE.
