Nolensville Walk to School Day

Dozens of students, parents and teachers at Nolensville Elementary School are learning about the importance of staying healthy and active.  On October 30, the school celebrated its annual Walk to School Day.  Participants gathered that morning at the old Nolensville Elementary School and made the one mile trek to their current school.  The event began several years ago as a way to promote walking as a fun, inexpensive and family-friendly activity.
