District Launches New Health Campaign

Your health is important to all of us since health has such an impact on our community and our culture.  Since you will be more likely to take care of your health if you have the right information, the WCS Coordinated School Health initiative is beginning a health awareness campaign.

Putting together the three components of health, knowledge and consistency and taking a page from current phone text language, the campaign promotes taking care of URHLTH – DoWhatChaKnow by adopting healthy habits into your life.

The campaign will kick-off with each school and county employee receiving an informational health brochure and reminder refrigerator magnet.  Please begin or continue taking care of URHLTH because it is vital for our children, families and community.  And remember that small steps can lead to surprisingly big results.  There is no better time than today to start remembering how good it feels to feel good.
