BRENTWOOD HIGH

BHS TV Production:  Named the Best TV Station in Tennessee by the Tennessee High School Press Association.
Abi Lindsey:  Received third place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Alex Winchel:  Won first and second place in News Magazine at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.  Winchel also received second place for Best Videographer and an Honorable Mention for Best Public Service Announcement.
Ashley Moradipour:  Won first place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.  Moradipour also received third place for Best Public Service Announcement.
Christian Smith:  Received an Honorable Mention for Best Public Service Announcement at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Dallas Wilson:  Received second place in Best Reporter at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.  Wilson also received an Honorable Mention for Best Public Service Announcement. 
Ellenor Hord:  Received an Honorable Mention for Best Public Service Announcement at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Ethan Stanley:  Won first and second place in News Magazine at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Jason Hayes:  Won first and second place in News Magazine at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards. 
Jason White:  Received second place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.  White also won the award for Best Videographer and received a second place award and an Honorable Mention for Best Public Service Announcement.
Katherine Locke:  Received an Honorable Mention for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Kelsey Drennan:  Won first place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.  Drennan also received third place for Best Public Service Announcement.
Luke Christopher:  Won first and second place in News Magazine at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Mac Malone:  Won first place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.  Malone also received an Honorable Mention for Best Reporter and third place for Best Public Service Announcement.
Patrick Cason:  Finished third in Best Website at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards. 
Rebecca Gunger:  Received third place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.
Will Bell:  Received third place for Best ENG at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards.

Cody Drake:  Won first place in Three Way Switch Electrical Wiring at the Williamson-Davidson Future Farmers of America skills competition.
Cody McNeil:  Won first place in Masonry at the Williamson-Davidson Future Farmers of America skills competition.
Ethan Gossett:  Won first place in Rafter Cutting at the Williamson-Davidson Future Farmers of America skills competition.
J. W. Roberts:  Won first place in Differential Leveling at the Williamson-Davidson Future Farmers of America skills competition.
Kody Swank:  Won first place in Small Gasoline Engines at the Williamson-Davidson Future Farmers of America skills competition.

FRANKLIN HIGH

FHS Science Olympiad Team:  Finished third in the regional competition.  They will now compete March 27 at the state competition in Knoxville.

MIDDLE COLLEGE HIGH

  Kaleigh Todd:  Received the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Award.  The DAR awards seniors who possess good citizenship qualities in their homes, schools and communities.

Ravenwood Forensics Team:  Won first place in Overall Sweepstakes at  the Carson Newman Smoky Mountain Invitational.
RHS Raptor Battalion JROTC:  Received second place in the Squad Drill competition at the Williamson County Drill Meet.  They also received second place in the Inspection competition and third place in the Color Guard competition.
RHS Science Olympiad Team:  Finished fourth at the regional competition and qualified for the state tournament in March.
Beau Maddox:  Finished in fifth place in Poetry Interpretation at the Carson Newman Smoky Mountain Invitational.
Bob Boyd:  Finished in fifth place in After Dinner Speaking at the Carson Newman Smoky Mountain Invitational.
Celina Stewart:  Finished in fourth place in Informative Speaking at the Carson Newman Smoky Mountain Invitational.
Chad Watt:  Won first place at the Tennessee High School Press Association Awards for his story "Rezoning".
Garrett Newsome:  Finished in third place in CPR & First Aid at the HOSA regional competition.

WMS Algebra Math Team:  Won first place at the Mu Alpha Theta Annual Middle School Mathematics Tournament. 
WMS Forensics Team:  Placed second at the St. Mary's Invitational in Memphis.
WMS Pre-Algebra Math Team:  Won first place at the Mu Alpha Theta Annual Middle School Mathematics Tournament.
Abby Jeter:  Finished second in Prose Interpretation and second in Dramatic Interpretation at the St. Mary's Invitational in Memphis.
