Director of Schools Search Update-4316

The Williamson County Board of Education is continuing its search for a new director of schools.  The Board met May 11 in special session where they voted to ask Ray and Associates to extend the search for 45 more days.  The vote came after the Board decided not to move forward with discussions with either finalist, Dr. Terri Breeden or Dr. Bret Jimerson.  In addition, the Board voted to change the guidelines and invite Interim Director of Schools Dr. David Heath to apply for the position.

The next regular meeting of the Williamson County Board of Education will be Monday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Administrative Complex.
