Placed third in the Tennessee Foreign Language Teaching Association's poster contest for 2009.
Meaghan Zurstadt, Bethesda Elementary:
Was the top AR reader for the 2008-2009 school year with a total of 275.8 points.

Ashley Pollak, Chapman's Retreat Elementary:
Won an award at the Tennessee eTales competition for her digital story titled The Evil American Girl Doll.

MaryLynn Williams, Centennial High: Received a soccer scholarship to Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky.
Ricki Milbourn, Middle College High: Received the Bootstraps Scholarship which is given each year to students in the Middle Tennessee area who have overcome obstacles and succeeded in the face of adversity.
Kaylie Matson, Page High: Received a $5,000 scholarship from the Comdata Corporation for her involvement in Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.
Keely Morrow, Page High: Received a $5,000 scholarship from the Comdata Corporation for her involvement in Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.
Adam Wright, Page High: Received a $5,000 scholarship from the Comdata Corporation for his involvement in Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.
Brian Wiese II, Ravenwood High: Received a $5,000 scholarship from the Comdata Corporation for his involvement in Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.


Hillsboro Middle School Cheerleaders: Won first place in the Spirit on the Course competition for the Country Music Marathon.
