Twenty-one Williamson County students are being recognized as National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists.  Of the nearly 1.5 million entries, only 16,000 students nationwide earn the prestigious honor each year.  In order to become a Semifinalist, high school students must score well on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test and meet other high standards set forth by the program.
